ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY
Join Hope House Ministries for the 43rd Annual Celebration of Hope on Monday, November 30, 2026, from 6:00–10:00 PM at Villa Lombardi’s in Holbrook. This special holiday evening will bring together friends, supporters and the Hope House family for a celebration of faith, peace, love and hope.
Thanks to the generosity of the Lombardi family, the entire party is being donated, allowing contributions to directly support the life-changing work of Hope House Ministries and the individuals and families it serves.
Guests will enjoy cocktails, a buffet dinner, coffee and dessert, live music by Damaged Goods, and a silent auction. Tickets are $175 per person, with sponsorship opportunities also available.
Come celebrate another year of compassion, community and second chances—and help Hope House Ministries continue bringing hope to those who need it most.
70th Anniversary Fr. Peter Sweisgood & Gabriel’s Giving Tree Healing and Recovery Breakfast
Join LICADD and Gabriel’s Giving Tree for the 70th Anniversary Fr. Peter Sweisgood & Gabriel’s Giving Tree Healing and Recovery Breakfast on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Heritage Club at Bethpage in Farmingdale.
This special morning will celebrate compassion, service and hope while recognizing the 2026 honorees: Gary McGlinchey, CEAP, SAP, LAP-C, recipient of the Fisher of Men Award, and Father Francis Pizzarelli, SMM, Founder, Executive Director & CEO of Hope House Ministries, recipient of the Earth Angel Award.
Proceeds and support from the event will help Gabriel’s Giving Tree and LICADD provide critical resources and assistance to Long Island families facing grief, loss and financial hardship, including funeral assistance and connections to healing and bereavement services.
Come together for a meaningful morning dedicated to honoring those who make a difference and helping families begin their journey toward healing and recovery.
OUTDOOR MASS & HOSPITALITY SUNDAYS
Due to the Nor’easter, our final Outdoor Mass & Hospitality Sunday of the year has been rescheduled to SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11th.
Everything else remains the same — same time (5PM) same place at the beautiful Our Lady of Hope Grotto at Hope Academy, 48 Old Post Road in Mount Sinai.
We hope you’ll join the Hope House Ministries family for one final outdoor Mass together, followed by food, fellowship and friends. All are welcome!

The 9th Annual Pig Roast 2026
Join Hope House Ministries for the 9th Annual Pig Roast 2026 on Wednesday, July 22nd from 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM at La Buena Vida Land & Sea in Moriches, NY. Enjoy live music by Damaged Goods, delicious food, soft drinks, and an unforgettable night supporting a life-changing mission.

Participants will gather to honor the light within and around us through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and connection with nature on the longest day of the year. All are welcome to take part in this restorative evening designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit.
1,000 Miles of Hope: Donate to Change Lives
20 Days. Riding for Hope. Follow Ann Mitromaras as she cycles 1,000 miles in 20 days from Land’s End to John O’Groats—a powerful endurance journey across England, Wales, and Scotland to support Hope House Ministries and Father Frank Pizzarelli. Every mile raises awareness and funds for addiction recovery and life-changing support services, with 100% of donations going directly to Hope House. 6th Annual Hope House Ministries 4x4x48 Challenge
The 6th Annual Hope House Ministries 4x4x48 Challenge returns to Port Jefferson, NY, June 12–14. Runners run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours to raise funds and awareness for addiction recovery, treatment, and crisis support.
Held in memory of Deacon Pat Gerace, the event supports Hope House Ministries’ work providing housing, counseling, and recovery programs for men. Supporters can pledge per mile so every mile helps bring hope and second chances.

The 3rd Annual Hope House Polar Plunge is a community event where we come together, take the plunge, and raise critical support for Hope House Ministries and the men it serves. Whether you jump in, cheer from the shoreline, or sponsor a plunger, your involvement helps fund housing, mentorship, and life-changing opportunities for current residents and alumni. After the plunge, warm up and connect over a home-cooked breakfast prepared by current residents. Bring your friends and family, bundle up, and be part of a morning that’s equal parts challenge, laughter, and purpose. Let’s kick off the year with courage, connection, and impact.
Christmas with the New York Tenors & Guests
The sights and sounds of Christmas come alive with the New York Tenors. Join Andy Cooney, Christopher Macho and Daniel Rodriguez, with special guest Sarah Juliana, for a night that will bring the spirit and magic of Christmas into all of your hearts! Also joining the performance will be the Hibernian Festival Singers & The HIMS and HER from Hope House.
