Step 2 – Come to Pax Christi Hospitality Center in person 24/7 at 255 Oakland Avenue in Port Jefferson, NY 11777.  We are located right next to the train station.  Suffolk County busses – S-60, S-61 and S-62 all stop at the Port Jefferson RR Station.

Step 3 – If you are homeless and physically inside Suffolk County, visit your local Suffolk County

Department of Social Services office.  Tell them you are homeless and request that they place you at Pax Christi.  If after 4 p.m. during the week, call 631—854-9100 and request housing assistance and placement at Pax Christi.
