For those who are chronically homeless and for people who struggle with mental illness, suicide ideation, depression, loss, abuse, and sobriety, your generosity provides hope, housing and life changing support.
In 2024, your generosity enabled Hope House Ministries to:
- End homelessness for over 800 individuals in our community.
- Provide housing and professional counseling services for over 3,000 individuals.
- Serve over 150,000 meals to people in need.
- Maintain the Garden of Hope at Little Portion Friary.
- Expand the Bakery at Little Portion Friary.
- Generate critical funding through Hope Springs Eternal Boutique in Port Jefferson Station.
- Provide basic needs and services for over 800 men and women considered chronically homeless.
- Serve hundreds of men and women each month experiencing mental illness, depression, suicide ideation and abuse.
- Benefit from 500 plus amazing volunteers who donated over 21,000 hours of time to keep our doors open.
- Provide for the needs of over 500,000 individuals since 1980.
